One tube, endometriosis type 2 and one ovary

Hi, My story is long but i will try to resume it.  I have one tube, one ovary in same side and endometriosis type 2. The endometriosis was removed in a laparoscopy in 2010 and we found the missing ovary in the operation room.. I have done 2 inseminations and 1 IVF in the last 2 years. Nothing happen. Doctor's said that im young (33) and we have probabilities with IVF or naturally but more probally with IVF. Did anyone heard about this? I need some guidance. Don't know what to do. I was thinking doing IVF one last time. Please help!
Thanks!
