Optimum time to leave between tries
I'm looking for some general advice when trying to conceive is it best to try once every day, every other day etc. What I'm trying to ask is what is the optimum time to leave between each episode of sex and should we have it more often during ovulation or not. I'm 21 and male if that makes any difference.
As for sperm count got no idea as far as I know nothing's wrong but never had a sample tested so don't know.
Every other day should be enough to catch the ovulation, although if you don't have any sperm count issues, every day is fine also. Are you and your partner trying to conceive? Is she tracking her ovulation? How long have you been trying? If you give us a few more details to go on, the ladies on here can give you some great advice on things that may help you conceive.
