Yes, if ovarian cysts linger and grow it can block the follicles of the ovary from releasing an egg.  Good luck!!

It could definitely be a sign that you have PCOS (Poly-cystic ovarian syndrome) which would make your period irregular.  Check with your doctor about that.

yes and irregular periods too. I have had derimod cyst one on each tube and it was horrible. Sex was painful. Periods were all screwy. I've had half of my Ovary removed and now my AMH is very low as so is my my sex drive): I hope your getting checked out and I wish the best for you. If treated you'll probably have regular periods again.
