Ovulated, took prometrium 10 days, but had light period, how come??

Would like your experiences with light periods. I usually have periods that are heavy the first and second day and that last about 5 days (when I get them as I have PCOS). This cycle, after a miscarriage (got pregnant with Clomid 75mg) in January, I ovulated twice on my own and the second ovulation happened on CD27. My doctor prescirbed prometrium 400mg for 10 days from 4dpo to 13dpo which I took. Got a BFN on 14dpo and started spotting on 17 dpo, then had light period for 2 days.

I think it's odd that I would have a light period as I did ovulate and took prometrium, I though I would have a very heavy period especially with the progesterone supplements. Had some clots (TMI!), but that's it, I am still spotting a bit today but looks like it will stop soon. Is that normal? I am pretty sure I ovulated as I got a + on an opk and saw a temp rise. I am supposed to start Clomid again today and I am afraid that I did not fully shed my lining and that will prevent implantation or cause a miscarriage. Am I just going crazy worrying about nothing. I know I am not pregnant as my temp went down again to pre ovulation levels.
