Ovulating after going off Clomid....

Hey all, I went off of Clomid for this cycle so trying all natural... Anyways today is CD11 and I took an OPK this afternoon and I believe it came out +. The test line was just a bit lighter than the control line. On Clomid I would O about CD15-16. Would I really O this early on? Also (TMI warning) on Clomid I seemed really really dry, and since I didn't take it this month I feel wet constantly....(sorry tmi). My CM isn't stretchy but it's egg white and sort of thick.... My right side has been irritating me the last couple of days too - had 1/2 of my right ovary removed due to endometrioma. I don't know....!!!  I thought I would have problems O'ing on my own since I have (mild?) PCOS... Maybe I do have a chance this month! BD tonight and first thing tomorrow morning...? DH has surgery on his leg tomorrow so I don't think he'll be much in the mood for some lovin... lol :)

This is the same thing that happened to me this month and it is my first month off Clomid after being on it for three months.  I had EWCM this month AND I owed when I use to O.....I think, without pulling up my fertility friend chart, it was on day 13 or 14.  When on Clomid it was about day 19.  And no EWCM....actually, I don't  ever have EWCM so I was so excited I showed DH which I think freaked him out a little!!  I didn't even think about it, I was like, "OH LOOK!!!!"  So yes, you will probably O earlier then when you were on clomid!  I am 6dpo and praying I get pregnant this month.  If not, we are on to injectables :(  Not that there is anything wrong with those, just hope I dont' have to fork over that money, ya know?

I think it is definitely possible to ovulate this early. I only took clomid once, but I ovulated a few days later than normal on it, and I usually ovulate on CD12 or 13. On clomid, I didn't ovulate until CD15. And clomid can definitely dry up CM...that's actually the main reason I only used it once. So, with a positive OPK and fertile CM, I think you have a good chance this month if you BD tonight and tomorrow morning! Best of luck...and good luck to your DH, as well, with his surgery!
