Ovulation - Clomid Question

For those of you who have been on clomid can you tell me when you ovulated.  I have a long cycle and have yet to ovulate.  Without clomid I would ovulate anywhere from day 18 - 24.  I ovulated every month, but very inconsistent on the days.  Now I am on Clomid and have not ovulated.  I had ovary pain for the past week but it has seem to go away.  I have a call in to my RE, but she has not called back.  I was just wondering if anyone had the same situation...

I've only tried clomid once. It delayed my ovulation by two days....from the CD 13 to CD15.

What CD are you?

I too was only on clomid once but I did ovulate late-it is normal so don't worry! I also had pain and was EXTREMEMLY BLOATED and even gained some weight. Good luck to you! Hope your RE calls back soon :)

So sorry, I am on cd21.  I am charting and taking OPK...an nothing.

i actually ovulate early on clomid - day 13.....
done 8 rounds of it with no luck

Well, if you're CD 21 today, and you normally ovulate between CD 18 and 24, I would keep testing/charting and see. I have heard that most women ovulate within 10 days or so of taking their last clomid pill, but I'm sure there are exceptions. Hopefully you'll get your surge within the next few days! Just a quick question, I see many people with beyond 3 rounds of Clomid. I thought that it was only indicated for 3 rounds, otherwise it wasn't recommended.

I've heard three rounds too, since it can thin your lining, but I've noticed many of the women on here have prescriptions for six months...so I guess it just depends on your doctor.

yes i have exactly same as u ,normally my body on day 14 gives many follicles in each ovary but found to mature&release an ovum about days 20-23&even when i took clomid i ovulated at same time&then moved to merional inj.&also ovulated same time finally last month i took puregon inj.&succeeded to make me ovulate day14 but didn't get pregnant,by the way your side pain is due to your ovaries&if accompanied with slight rise in temp.may b ovulation sign,don't u know why u r ovulating late?for me ihave inverted FSH&LH levels,what about u?

I ovulated with and without Clomid on cd18 every time.
