Ovulation pain

Anyone had abdominal pain for a few days around ovulation? I am on 50mg clomid, 2 round, I had the same pain last cycle but just for 1 day, exactly cd 13. This month omg...I am having that pain since cd11. Opk showed positive on cd13. Is that pain normal? it is not crumping, just pain in the stomach.

Ovulation pains last forever it seems , but you never really know when youve actually ovulated. And mine were horrible on Clomid, and I'm cystic so Clomid is a no no from now on. I am on Femara this cycle and the cramping is not nearly as bad. I have also taken Injectables and they also make you cramp. You never know that ovulation hurts until you start TTC, huh.

I started to have this O pain since 2 yrs ago and it lasted 3 to 4 days. I have to take pain killer sometime to ease the pain.

I agree when I ovulated on Follistim.. my god I thought I was going to die.. the pain got so unbearable at times I just had to sit there and breathe. It did feel like it was a stabbing pain Yes it was on the right side because my left ovary is blocked and the doc said the right one has some potential... the pain was very bad.. to the point where I felt nausea but never threw up ( thank god) ... so yes its possible to have ovulation pains..  good luck to all and SSBD!!!

ovulation pain for me was more recognised on clomid. Usually, it was never a big deal for me, but on clomid, very very obvious!

Hi I have ovulation pain every month anyway, but since ive been on clomid its got a lot more painful.I always thought i ovulated on my right side only because thats where i always have the pain but this month for the first time i can ever remember i have pain on the left.A 10 day scan confirmed i have 1 large follicle on the left and i am ovulating from this side very soon. The pain is very sore and i have to stop whatever i am doing at the time.It feels like something is being stabbed into your sides.SSBD xx

When we ovulate our follicles become filled with fluid, then when ovulation occurs its like a big pop, the egg pops out of the follicle like a big pimple and that's what hurts.
good luck and ssbd to us
