Ovulation saliva test results

This is my first time using the ovulation tester wanted some insight, on the 1st - 3rd I had transitional ferning then on the 4th I had full ferns, 5th - 6th back to dots but on the 7th till now (12th) I have had transitional ferning. Could that be a sign of pregnancy, am I ovulating twice, or is it normal closer to AF? I have been feeling very lousy lately and crampy but I guess that could mean anything
