Ovulation

Ok so I know this may be a stupid question...but how do I know when I'm ovulating? I know people say they can feel it or notice the discharge differences but am I the only one who doesn't notice this? If I don't notice these things can that mean that I don't ovulate?

Not everyone notices the changes in cervial mucous, but that does not mean you are not ovulating. To better track your ovulation, ovulation predictor kits can be very useful. They detect the LH surge which tells your body to ovulate. One the surge is detected by the kit, it gives you a 24-48 hour window for ovulation, giving you the ability to try to conceive on your most fertile days.
Good Luck!
