PAIN FOR TWO WEEKS

Hello everyone.  I know I've been mia, but disappointment hurts.  Last Wednesday I had bad cramping pain on my left side and also in my butt(sorry tmi). I took a hpt two days later and it was neg.  Last nighht I was awaken by very sharp pains on my left side that lasted about 15-20 minutes and now every so often I can feel the sharp pain.
My Question is could this be implantation? Today is my cycle day 14. Could I have tested to early. I was thinking since I had pains last week it was implantation and it should have been positive.

Thanks. This pain don't feel like ovulation pain. I feel like a quick burn or a quick stab and it's only on my left side.  I'm going to wait a couple of days than test.  I'm still having the sharp pain it keeps coming and going.  I had cyst before and they didn't feel like this. last week It felt like I had a cyst. I could barely walk or sit.

Sounds like an ovarian cyst to me. I have had many of them and the pain is awfull. Implantation pain feels more like ovulation pain but in the center (your uterus) If you get watery blood when you sart and it can be late then you will know it is a cyst. And they are nothing to worry about if tehy are fluid filled. The pain gets real bad that you will be doubled over the longer it grows.
