PCOS & NO PERIODS

I struggled to conceive since last year September and my periods stopped, I went to the gynae who gave me primolutN and Provera to bring back the periods. The periods came irregular and he continued giving me primolutN. I then decided to consult another gynae who diagnosed me with PCOS, he the prescribed Qlaira and Glucophage to use for 3 months, august I saw the periods while using them, September the periods didn't come until today I haven't seen the periods and im only left with 2pills on the third qlaira box to complete the box, I went to the gynae month end to explain and he said I must just be patient, I was 92kg and I tried losing weight as the gynae instructed me to, im now 79kg. I really don't know what to do now. I desperately need a child, ive got a 5years old son. What must I do to bring back my periods, I have got fertomid that the dr prescribed and say I must use on the 3rd day of my periods so just because I don't see the periods how am I going to used it. He also took some blood test in august ( FSH, LH, PROLACTIN, THYROID FUNCTION) Prolactin results 10.85 unit: ug/L, FSH results 6.95 units: IU/L, LH results 8.29 units IU/L, THYROID FUNCTION TSH results 1.67 unit: uIU/mL, FREE T4 10.53 UNITS: pm ol/l

The gynae said everything was fine judging from the results. What must I do? I need to see my periods in order to track my ovulation please.

it has been a year.... Don't just let your dr say well it could be this.   Ask for a referral to a feriltiy speciailist they can hopefully help you more then your Dr sounds like they are.  Good luck
