I also have PCOS. We have been trying on our own for a few years. Finally went to a fertility clinic and found my dh also has a low sperm count so we decided on IUI. With the help of Clomid I was blessed with 2 beautiful eggs (1 on each side) we had IUI yesterday and I'm praying for good news come March 9th. I know many people who have had success and they have PCOS. Keep trying and keep praying!

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
The primary fertility problem with PCOS is the lack of ovulation. Glocophage/ metformin and fertility medicines like Clomid are often prescribed in PCOS. You can go in for IVF also.
It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
