Many women with PCOS have healthy children.  Your doc needs to run some blood work and do a vaginal ultrasound.  Then he will probably put you on either Metformin to help regulate your hormones and/or Clomid to help you ovulate.  One thing that helps that you can do on your own is of you are overt weight losing weight and getting healthy will make a huge difference.
