PLEASE HELP

I'm an absoult basketcase today and think the Dr on call yesterday made a terrible mistake. I had great size follicles yesterday being 20,19,17,17,15 so on and the Dr that did the ultrasound said I would probably trigger tonight (which was yesterday) and egg retrieval 36 hrs because follicles average 2cc a day right?

Well no this Dr whom I never saw calls me and says they are gonna have me stim for one more day because she thought my estrogen was low.

WEll I go this morning and now have a 24,22,22,20 and dont even remember the rest because I'm such a mess. Now when I trigger tonight they are expected to still grow 2cc.

WTH I think this DR. just ruined this cycle and all my hard work.

Hi there.  Why do you think she ruined your cycle, because of the sizes?  I'm not a doc, but if she felt your estrogen was low, then that may be a reason to wait an extra day regardless.  You will not ovulate, until you take the trigger shot, so no worries.  Try to remain positive :)  Remember you outcome....BABY and trust your doc.

Well I read somewhere that it's possible for a rapture with a follicle 24 or over in size. I also read that larger follicles can cause eggs to be overmature.

But your right I'm really trying to keep a positive vibe.
