PLS help am I miscaring?

I am 13 weeks pregnant. And yesterday I was getting alot of tightning in my lower stomach it would get tight and than a couple mins later it would relax and than do it all over again. There was no pain just pressure. And than last night I sneezed and blood gushed out. I called my dr and she just told me to monitor the bleeding and if it gets more than go to the ER. I lade down to relax and than started feeling cramps that would come and go. and they seemed to get closer together all within an hour. They than got so bad I was crying from the pain and throwing up. I couldnt get any relife. I have never felt so much pain in my life. I called the dr back and she told me the utris is probably irritated. She ended up giving me Vicadin for the pain. I went through the pain this bad for two hours before I got the meds. now my pain has gone down alot and I am still bleeding. I havent noticed any clotts or tissue. But I have noticed an almost clear sticky stringy discharge. But its hard to see cuz its covered it blood. I dont know what it is. And I am not sure what I am looking for. Am I miscarring? I go see the dr today at 2 so hopefully my baby is still alive. :( I am so upset and I just want an answer. Pls help!

I am not sure but let me assure that. God is indeed in control!! My sister had bleeding during get pregnancy and every thing turn out to be fine!!! I will pray for you and and Lil one. My sister was bleeding from the placenta but it stopped over time. She now has a healthy baby boy!!! God bless you and baby!!!

I don't know what is going on, I bet everything is fine.  Maybe something in your uterus just burst or something?  Maybe a hemotoma or something?  I just don't know.  I pray that your baby is ok!  Please update as soon as you can!  I am thinking of you and praying for the best news ever!!!

thanks everyone. I just got back from the dr and the baby is fine.  It was a hemotoma. I am so thankfull!! I am so happy!!

That was scary.  I'm so glad you two are fine.  I had something similar happen at 16 weeks.  It's a horrifying feeling.

OMG how scary.  Glad things are ok.
Now that you know what it is. How do they correct it?  Was that the end of pain?
