Paranoia?

I guess you can call me paranoid. I try NOT to exercise after ovulation coz I am worried it may affect my implantation, if I am sucessful. I had some vigorous exercise a week or so before my expected period & that month, I tested POSTIVE on my pregnancy kit! Unfortunately, it was a biochem & I can't help wondering if it was because I exercised too vigorously??? Does anyone here exercise after ovulation???

I just asked my doctor this question at my last appointment and she said there is no reason not to exercise after ovulation or during early pregnancy. It is only a problem for those athletes that exercise so much they don't get their period.
