Pcod and tb in uterus

HI,
I am ttc from last 2 years.one yr back i was diagnosed with PCOD  and was on metformin 500mg and diane for three months but metformin continuing till now. my doc did some blood work,like
SERUM PROLACTIN     (8.98 ng/ml),
SERUM TOTAL TSH      ( 2.59 uIU/ml ),
AMH/MIS                      (4.77 ng/ml).

Thn i was on clomid 50mg + hcg shot for three months. I ovulated but didnt get pregnant.
Thn my dr. did few more test like HSG (Radiology test )and PCR from the mensurational blood in which HSG showed my both tubes are patent but in PCR it was detected.
RIght now i am on Akt4 medicine. no periods, i hv to take provera to induce my period.

what are my chances of getting pregnant naturally .I hv no clue what to do next. should i do few other test to see if my lining is ok. I recently moved to new jersey from india. Can you suggest a new doctor  for me .
