Pelvic Ultrasound
Hi All. Just curious, yesterday my Doctor said that she wanted to do a Pelvic Ultra sound. I didn't know what she was checking for.....also she said that it would take 1 1/2 hours. Why would it take so long? I am not pregnant, but just started on Progesterone (my levels avg 1.0) and not ovulating so taking clomid. Do you know what she may be lookng for and why it would take so long to do it?

I think that's what my dr is looking for.....cysts. It's a regular u/s on top of the stomach, right? they don't do it internally? I just didn't think it would take that long to look at your ovaries. Did you find something out right then and there?
