Please answer

We been having unprotected sex for a year and trying to have a baby but no luck so far : ( I never went to the bathroom after having sex because I never knew about females having to do that until a few days ago when I went to the doctor and she told me I have a UTI and kidney infection and asked if I pee after sex. We haven't been having sex because im still taking pills for the infection and pain. But for now after sex im going to pee because I don't want a UTI or kidney infection again. Will peeing after sex decrease my chances of getting pregnant.

You should wait around half an hour before you pee if you can.  Make sure your spouse's hands are clean as well, that can make all the differnece in the world if he just washes his hands beforehand.  Did your Dr offer to do any tests?  Have you tried using ovulation predictor kits?
