Please clear my lon doubts,,,,,,,,

Hi Everyone,
I hve PCOS and ovulation issues too and on medicine and injection.
I normally lay with a pillow right under the butt about half an hour,,sometimes 6 hours after intercourse.
This time my egg was 19.5 on the 15day and was gin HCG5000IU, and was asked to keep intercourse on 15, 16,17day ad on 18th day i was asked to come rupture check, the doctor said rupture has occured.
But i failed to have intercourse on Day17, but had on day15 and 16. ( I did not have intercourse after that,,only twodays i had)and i laid almost the full night on day 15 and on day 16 almost an hour, and those twodays i did not do work. I was in rest, not bed rest. Do you think that the sperm might have reached the destinationand stayed there to fertilise?
Or How long should i lie after?
last time my ovulation was on day 21, and it doesnot click, though intercourse was proper, but Dr said it may be because of poor quality egg, whle i was on progesterone(oral tablet SUSten200). This time she has double the dosage.
I started getting pimples,,now,,,So confusing,,,

Sperm live in a healthy environment for up to 5 days, sometimes 6!  So your definitly covered for those days if you were to have O'd on day 17.  Even if your follies ruptured on day 17, you had intercourse on day 15 and 16.  Ideally it would have been great to BD on day 17, but your chances are still excellent!
