Please review my ovulation tracker... THANKYOU!

My temps are all over the place.  I don't know if this is normal but would like to know anyone's opinion b/c i'm new to charting temps.  I think i ovulated on CD 12 or so.  And my cd 21 progesterone is 11.  My dr. wants me to bring this chart in next month, and i'm afraid he's going to think it's whacked.  Just curious for some opinions from any1.  Thanks!!

I peeked at your chart but I think it's going to be hard to tell if you actually O'd on CD12 since you didn't have enough pre-O temps to look at.  When I first glanced at it I thought you O'd around CD-19 or 20 but then I realized you were missing some temps so it's hard to tell.

Your temps on CD10 and 11 are about the same as they were right after CD12.  So unfortunately, I'd say wait a couple of more temp days to see where your temps go.  Charting can be tricky at first, but believe me, by next cycle you'll get it together.  Just make sure you temp your entire cycle.

Best wishes.

Trish

hi there, are you checking it at the same time every day? this is very important. i have read also that the best time to do it is right when you wake up before you even get out of bed. the numbers should be more consistant if you do it that way.  just some thoughts...
