Pls help.... Just had mild bleeding 3 days after i was told im pregnant from the ivf. Should i be concern?

I had a mild bleeding last night about a teaspoon for the first time. Its brownish with a dull red color on my panty liner. And today just a few drops with dark brown color blood.  My doctor said over the phone that i might be having implantation bleeding.  Ill have my check up 2 days after and my doctor told me to just take a rest.  Should i be concern?

Hello,
Bleeding which is pinkish or brownish in color and more like spotting rather than menstruation is implantation bleeding which occurs when the fertilized ovum implants in the lining of the uterus. It can also be due to brownish spotting due to corpus luteum defect in early pregnancy which requires supplementation of progesterone hormone.

So discuss this possibility also with your doctor.
I hope it helps. It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. Hi there.  Ive been told that i have internal bleeding and that i should take a bed rest and so i did. I only bleed twice last week and i laid down on the bed for almost a week.  After that they did a tvs to check the development which i think im about 5 weeks, 4 days then.  They saw that the baby sac shrunk and that the hcg level went down.  I dont know how much coz they didnt tell me.  My doctor then said to wait another week and to continue progesterone and that i should walk around the house.

My question is, did my bed rest affect the developement of my baby? Coz i was told before that i should be moving coz of the blood circulation on the uterus is important.   I just need to know so i would know what to do next time. My doctor is not saying anything which bothers me.

Hello,
Taking bed rest cannot effect the development and growth of the baby and the bleeding that you had looks like due to hormonal deficiency or corpus luteum defect. You should continue taking the progesterone as prescribed and exert as little as possible. You can also get your HCG levels checked as sometimes injectable HCG may be needed if you are having less HCG hormone.

I hope it helps. It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. It was difficult but because of my husband ill make it through.  I asked the doctor what could be the cause of loosing the baby, but he doesnt know the answer.  I havent really had all the test needed to know whats really wrong.  I was told by my friend that there is such thing as too acidic or about antibodies but havent had those tests yet.  I dont know why the doctor is not mentioning that upto now... :-( can you please enlighten me? Coz im really confuse with all these and im afraid that my doctor is not saying everything that i should know or maybe he's just dont know what he's doing. Please help....
