Polycystic ovaries and hypothyroidism

Dear Dr, I have been suffering from polycystic ovaries and hypothyroidism, and my doctor has prescribed hyponidd tablet and M2 tone syrup for polycystic ovaries and I am taking Eltrocin 50 mcg for hypothyroidism. Although  thyroid is normal now. I have been trying for baby after my marriage since 2 yrs,but no luck. 5 days back i have done follicular study, and still i have some small cysts in my ovaries but my left ovary shows one 16 mm follicle. my doctor said, that I can still get pregnant. My menstrual cycle is also irregular, and I used to be depressed and stressful for not conceiving. please help. What should Io do.I want a baby soon.
