Polyps

Does anyone know how long it takes for a polype to appear in your uterus?  Late April I had a d & e done because I lost my pregnancy at 10 weeks.  I just had surgery done to remove scar tissue and they also found a small polyp in my uterus.  The dr. told me at my post-opt that the polyp was in the middle of my uterus.  I ask her if this was missed before I got pregnant and she said no.  It makes me wonder because she told me if I didn't get the polyp removed then it can make a fetus to stop growing because of where it was at.  Well, my pregnancy stopped at 10 weeks.  Could this be the reason why I lost the pregnancy???

I was reading some of the forums and now I'm a little worried.  Can I get another polyp?  How fast do they grow back?
