Position of your cervix when your period is due????

I'm 13 dpo today and am wondering if there's still a chance that I could be pregnant.  I tested yesterday and got a BFN.  My dh and I bd'd last night and usually I can feel him hitting my cervix (sorry tmi!)  Last night I couldn't feel him hitting it at all.  Usually I spot for 2 days then get AF full force.  My full blown period is due tomorrow and still no spotting.  Could the fact that my cervix feels high be an early sign of pregnancy?

Thanks for your input Ladies!

My period was supposed to start on the 23rd of this month. It started the 24th I think.  Usually I'm pretty regular the first day heavy then medium two days then light for two but this time it was medium the first day for half the day and I spotted until today and it just stopped. It was all light pink and brown almost no red at all. My cervix is always high and always feels wet but its 50/50 on being open and closed.  I have a lot of pregnancy symptoms and plan to take a test tomorrow but I'm just nervous! My gynocologist doesn't want to do any tests until we've tried for a year but its already been 5 months and with having intercourse every day or every other day I feel like it should have happened by now!

I am supposed to start saturday, the 23rd of march. I don't think there is much of a chance of being pregnant. i felt i was ovulating on the 7th or maybe the 8th. on the 8th we bd'd but he didnt ***. we stopped before (sorry tmi). one week later we did bd and he came twice ( sorry tmi again). I have been feeling crampy, off and on since then. i feel like my pelvic area is a little bigger looking. Like my breasts may be a little bigger, i have frequent headaches. I am tired ALL the time, but at night when i try to sleep it takes a little while. I am hungry ALL the time. I eat and then like half an hour later im hungry again. Im pretty moody, awhile ago, i practically cried at everything. and i have to pee more than usual. My cp was low but recently has gone very far up, soft, lots of cm, and wet. in the past day or two it has settled at a pretty medium position but now feels closed, wet, and very soft. Do you think i could be pregnant?

Thanks Ladies!  Looks like I'll be out this month, I just had some pinkish redish cm so I guess I'll get my period likely tomorrow.  Ugh, just when I thought there was still some hope!  My Dr is sending me for bloodwork on cycle day 3 to check my FSH level.  Never had that done before.  I just happened to ask him if the fact that I was a really late bloomer had any impact on my eggs (I didn't even get my period until I was 18, always had a hard time gaining weigh when I was younger).  That'll be the next chapter, I hope it turns out ok.  I'm getting really sick of the disappointment month after month.

Its really not a good indication. I recommend retesting in a few days if you still dont get your period.

Cervical Postion and Ovulation
You may want to check the position of your cervix to help you tell when you are ovulating. Not all women are comfortable with this and some women have a difficult time feeling their cervix. To find your cervix you may want to be in a squatting position or have one foot on a stool. Insert one or two fingers into your vagina and push them towards the back of your vagina. You will reach a spot that feels firmer than the rest of your vagina. Your cervix may feel soft like your lips or firm like the tip of your nose. You may notice your cervix feeling more open or closed. Find a comfortable position to check your cervix and use the same position each time you check. If you use a different position, you won't be able to compare the position of your cervix accurately. It may take you a cycle or two to determine when your cervix is softest, firmest, highest or lowest.

Right after menstration, your cervix will be low and easier for you to reach. It will feel firmer and closed. During ovulation your cervix will be higher and more difficult to reach. It will also feel soft, wet and you may notice it feeling more open. If you have given birth before your cervix may feel more open than someone who has not. After ovulation, your cervix normally returns to a more firm, lower position.
