Possible PCOS?

Hi,
I have been told I have PCOS, been told I don't but that I simply have ovulatory dysfunction. I have symptoms of PCOS despite completely normal hormone levels despite 1 elevated DHEA-S level in February "08 , RE put me on Dexamethasone for a few months and ever since then my DHEA-S has been normal level's. Could being on the Dexamethasone for a few months have correct the DHEA-S level in my body and also is just one elevated DHEA-S level able to be a diagnosis of PCOS? I have regular menstrual cycle but I do not ovulate and I do not have cysts on my ovaries.
