Post IVF ... am I preggos?

so it's been 1.5 weeks post IVF.  My Beta HCG is 16.6 and progesterone is 26.3 .... am I pregnant? if so, why am I bleeding for the past 4 days? could the bleeding indicate a miscarriage? at first it was light pinkish, but today it seems heavier, bloody
