Prenatal Vitamins

Would like to know what kind of multivitamins everybody takes.
I used to take expensive one with DHA before, but after trying for so long and no luck, I switched to Target brand prenatal vitamins.

I take the same Target brand prenatal vits.  I took another brand Rainbow Light Just Once, but it upset my stomach even though it says easy on the stomach.  In addition to the multivit, I drink milk with DHA and OJ with vits C + D.  While the multivit necessarily won't help us get pregnant, it will hopefully help sustain pregnancy when it finally happens.  Baby dust to you!

I take the prenatal yummiest at Walmart has 800 mcg frolic acid and dha there good taste like candy! I have a sensative gag reflex And swallowing big pills I like them

DHA is a kind of Omega 3 fatty acid (which is usually DHA+EPA)
Omega 3 s are considered really beneficial for our brain and general health..and considered really good for fertility..
they're found in fatty fish or you can take them as supplements..

Its an Omega 3 fatty acid is suppose to promote healthy brain development in fetus!

Wow! That's nice! I wish my vitamin has it. The bottle just says prenatal plus with fe(iron)

I take the One-A-Day prenantal vitamin. I chose it because it is a brand I knew I could trust. It comes with two pills, the multi-vitamin tablet and DHA liquid gel pill. So contrary to the name, you actually take two pills a day.

definitely start taking DHA now.  there are store brands (target, equate from walmart, etc) and name brands out there.
just pick one that you can stomach and you can easily refill when you get close to running out :)

I have been taking OBNATAL ONE for almost 3 years now. My doctor prescribed it for me, and has all the Omegas in it. With insurance it only cost $7 per month. I did take Walgreen's PreNatal prior to getting the prescription.

Even though I was not ever officially PG, my doctor said all of the vitamins in prenatal's are good for women during child bearing ages.

I was taking the Publix brand vitamins up until last week. Now that I am 12 weeks preggo, they won't go down anymore! I switched to the flinstone gummies and my dr said that was ok. :)

I use Nature's Made Prenatal with DHA which you can get a good deal from Costco.
They are softgels and dissolves fast without any stomach upset.
