Primary infertility

I have been married for the last nine years and have not conceived yet. After going through many tests it was revealed that the fallopian tubes are dilated(hydrosolphynx) with enlargement in the right ovary. uterus is normal.  after taking several kinds of medicines nothing positive was felt.  Menstural periods are normal and in those days I observe lower back pain and lower abdominal pains.  Sperm count and other related tests are normal.  I want to know if I can conceive. Please guide me and also prescribe the medicines to be taken.

I dont know anything about the dialated tubes, does that mean that your tubes are not functional??  If that is the case have you looked into IVF?  Also, are you seeing an RE (reproductive endocrinologist)?

a lot of times with hydrosalpinx there will be difficulty with getting pregnant naturally due to the tubes  interfering with the natural process. I would talk to your RE and see the extent of the hydrosalpinx and ask them if yall might need any intervention like IVF good luck! keep us updated!
