Progesterine Cream

Anyone use this after ovulation?? I was reading up that it could impove your chances of implantation if your egg gets fertilized and help with your luteal phase. I will be ovulating soon and was thinking about using it.

This is my second cycle using the cream.  The first cycle I didn't start using it till 7 days after ovulation because I'm on clomid and I didn't want it clouding my CD21 progesterone test to check if I ovulated - turned out I got pregnant but lost it very early.  My hormone doc suggested I take this cycle off TTC and start the cream early from CD6 to build up my progesterone for a month which is what I'm doing.  Next month when I go back to TTC I will use it a day or so after I have ovulated and continue that for a few months.  If I get pregnant again and lose it I think I might try the suppositories but for now I want to give the cream a chance because I've read that natural progesterone is better than synthetic progesterone.

I used the Progesterone pills for the first time last month after ovulation and got my BFP almost two weeks later. My OB said that Clomid thins out the uterus lining which can make it hard for an egg to attach and the Progesterone thinkened the lining. It worked for me! I would give it a try. You never know! Good luck hun and sending lots of baby dust your way.

I've heard mixed comments about it.  I'm on progesterone suppositories however I am told to only use it 5 days after ovulation.  If you do consider trying the cream just be sure that you've ovulated and I wouldn't recommend using it until at least 5 days after ovulation.
