Hi everyone, I just got my Progesterone level CD21 results back. It is 20.1 nmol/l. I read that over 30 indicates ovulation. However, this was 6 dpo, when I had a biphasic chart with O at CD 15. After the blood test, the next morning on CD 22 (7 dpo) my temperature
spiked up by .5 degrees.
At first I thought this made my bbt chart triphasic. But now I am confused: on CD 22, which is the Progesterone peak, my temp shot up, so is this late ovulation, implantation spike, or what.
What is a normal progesterone level at CD 6 and would only 1 day make a difference in the peak level?
Well, I can’t say what’s normal. But, I can understand the frustration. I always get checked on cd21 and take clomid. Compared to the rest of my cycles this one I O late and I only know my progesterone levels for these past two months. Last month (Jan.) I O on cd15 had a progesterone level of 20 and this month I O on cd17/18 and my progesterone levels came back 11.43. To me that’s a big difference, and I don’t know why there is a big difference. All I know is that I was told I O this month with the progesterone level of 11.43. So that’s the most important thing.
I know this doesn’t really help. But, I wanted you to know that you’re not alone.
