Progesterone high 12.5 on 14th day of frozen ivf

Hi,

I was trying for a frozen embryo transfer.It was found that my estrogen level is 451 and my progesterone level is 12.5. Also my estrogen level was 139 on day 5 of the cycle which was higher.So my ivf this cycle was cancelled .So what cld be my problem .My doctor said i may be ovulating inspite of suppression.It has never happened to me before.How is this possible.Am I approching menopause or something.My age is 32.
