last year which were believed to be due to low progesterone (level 15 at 4 weeks). I just had a CD 21 level done with a result of 10. I didn't get a chance to talk to the nurse but she said on the message that this level was fine and showed I've O'd. Is this level high enough to not need progesterone supplements any longer though? It doesn't seem very high to me. What do you ladies think?
I'm so sorry about your losses. I had a m/c in June but my levels were never checked so they don't know what caused mine. I really don't know too much about prgesterone levels but I can tell you that I had mine checked at 17DPO or 18DPO and it was 8.26. They considered that low and I was put on progesterone suppositories 3 times a day 100 mg. Last week I went for my sono at 5 weeks and 1 day and my progesterone was 18 and they kept me on them. Not sure but from what I've read it can't hurt to continue taking them...I would call your doctor and ask.

. My progesterone level at 12dpo/retrieval my progesterone was 142. I thought at that level my RE would drop my dosage of suppositories from 2xday at 200mg each to maybe once a day. But today when I asked, she said nope...not until my 10th week and today I'm 7w1d. That's my story. BTW, I've had no bleeding and I really believe it to be due to the high progesterone levels but no scientific proof...only a new mom's instinct.
I am five weeks along with a Progesterone level of 11.9 and an HCG of 399...the doctor is asking me to come in for another blood test..should i be worried?
If you are pregnant you want your levels to be over 15. If you think that you miscarried because of low progesterone you should ask to take supplements a few days after ovulation.
I had two m/cs and the only thing they could find at that time was low progesterone. My doctor on an unmedicated cycle wanted my level to be over 12. Mine was 10.2 and 10.7 with those m/cs. My 3rd, 4th, and 5th pregnancies I was on progesterone from 4 days after ovulation until 12 weeks when the placenta
takes over. Those resulted in 2 healthy boys and a little girl(which we did medication to get her). My levels were 16,18, and 74 at around 4 to 5 weeks. Good luck to u.
