Hello Dena01,
I also had an ET on 5/21 (2 embies) and I too am experiencing some soreness around the injected area.  What has helped me is massaging myself for about 5 minutes, it usually helps.  I will take javajess advise of icing and using a heating pad afterwards.  My test is on Monday (6/4) and I just can't wait.  Good luck to you.

Hi! Congradulations on your ET!!  My trick is that I ice the area for about 5 minutes before the shot, then after the shot I put a heating pad on for 20 minutes.  It really really helps me!!  Last weekend we had a barbque and I didn't ice or heat the area, and my butt hurt for three days, felt like I was hit by a truck back there!!
Good luck!!!!
