Progesterone?

Alright well I had my first IUI today, and tomorrow I go in for an ultrasound to make sure I ovulated.. and progesterone level monday as well.. I had a chem preg (I think I still feel like i was imagining the light lines on the four tests i did! haha) but that was five months ago, tested my progesterone last month after O and it was only 4.5..SO my question is this, my RE gave me 200mg progesterone capsules to start taking tomorrow night, only once a day. but it looks like a lot of people take it twice a day?   Should I just start taking it twice a day anyways? I have refills, so I could do that, they are just capsules that you could take orally or vagianally, but he said insert them before bed vaginally. ANY Thoughts? I just don't want 200mg to not be enough!    THANKS!

If your doctor prescribed it once a day, I would go by that. When I was taking prometrium (also 200 mg.), I was only taking it once a day too, right before bed.
