Question about fertilization

I have a question about low fertilization rates.  I am in my second ivf cycle.  I produced 11 eggs (4 more than last time), but only 2 fertilized.  The doctors used ICSI.  I thought that would help.  Any ideas about the low fertilization rate?  What causes it?  Also, the embryos are growing slowly and one is fragmenting, so I have to wait for a day 6 transfer.  What are my chances (I am 42 and my partner is 38 with low motility, count, and morphology)?  Any thoughts are much appreciated?

Sadly, over the age of 40, the odds are only about 5%. Only one is fragmenting, so there is still plenty of hope. It only takes 1. Some women get twins from only one. We have quite a few women on here that conceived with only one embryo to transfer. I with you all the luck!
