Question about ultrasound yesterday it was done at 6 weeks 2 days

We had our scan yesterday, and everything was fine. We think we seen the yolk sac and we found only one gestational sac. He said the sac was measuring at 9 mm. I do have a 3 mm cyst on my rt ovary which they are not too worried about. I go back next Monday for another scan! He didn't seem to worried about it and said that the sac was in the right spot in the uterus and that everything looked ok. Does this sound right to you all?

I am 6 weeks on the dot - and the first thing the doctor said to me today was DONT WORRY IF WE CANT SEE THE YOLK YET.  

So sometimes, they cannot see it - and sometimes they can.  A friend of mine is in her eighth week, and up until the other day, they werent able to see it.  

So nothing is definitive unfortunately in this ivf cycle.
