Question for you ladies who have had a DnC.......

Hood morning ladies!  I had a DnC in Feb.09 I was so very not wanting AT ALL!  But my Dr said I really should being that I was 11 weeks & nothing was happening (missed mc) My husband said the same, why wait??just get it over with.
Well, I ALMOST cancelled it even all hooked up on IV's!  Dr was gonna be late & I said I'm not waiting, I don't feel good about this etc........everyone thought I was just hormonal! (I was!)  But I really didn't feel good about this, can't really explain why......
Anyways, my question is; Ever since then from when I O til AF comes I'll get like this sore pain mostly in the morning w/a full bladder down where my uterus is.  Do any of you experience this?  I asked my RE if I could have gotten scar tissue from my DnC which BTW went well) & he said, "look youre 40 now, I'm sure the DnC went fine so put that out of your mind"  When I go back in to see him (next cycle) I'm going to be more forceful & tell him more details.  When he examined me, my first visit back in late March he thought I may have fibroids in my uterus & I didn't (via US) So to me that makes me go hmmmmmmmmmm?
Any thought?

I had a  D&E in late April.  I was 10 weeks pregnant with a missed miscarriage.  Just last month the dr. decided to do a sonagram because I wasn't feelling right. They found scar tissue in my uterus.  They told me this happens more than you would think. Now, I have to get surgery in August to remove it.  I would tell your Dr. that you want a sonagram done.

So I SHOULD know this but, a sonogram is an ultra sound, right?  Because if it is, I've had several due to the fact I had my first round of injectables this cycle.  Would they be able to see it w/an US?
My thing is that I have ALWAYS been able to get pregant really quickly, the only time I wasn't was when I had an endometioma cyst in y left ovary for a 1 year, but even w/that I got pregnant.
I feel that last month (natural cycle) that I got pregnant, but had a chemical pregnancy, & I feel like this month same thing.  I'm @ 13DPO & got a BFN this morning, but Thursday night I got a faint but very clear second line.  I even mentioned to the nurse last month that I thought for sure I was pregnant & could not believe that I wasn't & asked her about seeing if I had scar tissue from my DnC & she mentioned some kind of test to ask the RE about it, & thats what I was doing a whan I went in for my CD2 US before meds, & thats when he told me to "put it out of my mind".
I just can't help but wonder if I DO have scar tissue.  
What type of surgery are you having for it...Lap?
