Ramping femara?

Just curious how many mature follicles you had using femara and how did you take the femara?  How many eggs fertilized and were successful pregnancies?

The one and only cycle I used it I only had one mature follicle and that ended up in a successful pregnancy.  Now it is 2y later, I am almost 40y and we plan to try again but I am worried we won't be so lucky this time.  My RE plans to ramp up the femara (1 pill day3, 2 on day4, 3 on day 5 and 4 on day 6) this time.  Has anyone tried this??
