SA Abnormal - Testesterone Normal

My DH's semen analysis came out abnormal with the report as "no sperm found" and with low quantity. He went for his multiple blood screeing tests and found that his testestorone levels are normal. This is confusing. He is advised to go for another semen analysis next month; fingers crossed. doctor has suggested me to be prepared for ICSI. this is so painful. if something is supposed to happen naturally why should i go through so many tests; shots; doctor visits and how could i spend so much. Well; baby dream has been continuing as a dream.....
