DOes anybody Knows if using sliva through intercourse can affect fertility?

I read somewhere that using salive as a lubricant is not advisable since it kills sperm.  Preseed is what many people use for that.

I've heard the same thing...saliva can kill sperm. So I agree with Helen, you should use pre-seed instead if you need a little extra lube! Good luck!

Yup, I think most all the books and websites I've read say that saliva is not healthy for sperm. I've read about various oils, eggwhite, etc, but I think pre-seed is the only thing that doesn't have arguments against it.

I' don't know if it is true or works, but once I heard of someone who got pregnant from using EGG WHITE  mmm sounds wierd, who else have heard about it, they said it is alike the vaginal mocus, may be is just an urban leyend...

I have heard about using egg whites also, however, they did caution that raw egg can contain salmonella.  I was a little concerned about that, so have opted to go the pre seed route

ive been researching online for a natural lube...i saw something about oil...i also read that any lube that is not water-based should not interfere with ttc...

i was thinking of trying a vaginal moisterizer that isnt water-based??
