Searching Northwest Indiana fertility clinics

My DH and I have been TTC for a year.  We only have two reproductive endocrinologist choices in our area based on our insurance plan.

The first doctor is a board certified RE specialist, the other isn't. The first clinic faithfully reports their ART statistics to the CDC, the other doesn't. The first clinic has an accredited lab, the other doesn't.  See where this is going?

I can't afford to go somewhere else that's out of network. Our insurance covers the diagnostic tests but not fertility drugs or treatments. Staying in network will help with our overall expenses.

Does anybody have any opinions on choosing an RE or fertility clinic?
Do these credentials really make a difference in positive experiences or success rates?
How do you make a choice given the limitations of our insurance?
