Secondary Infertility

I just had an IUI seven days ago, and now I feel the classic signs of my cycle starting!  I am so bummed because I had several large follicles after using Menopur with a Lupron trigger.  They were even worried I had too many!  I really hope that my cycle doesn't start.  Should I have done something different?  I hear about people having two IUI's in the same cycle.  Does this really  increase your chance at conception?

Two IUIs are done back to back only if your RE sees that you have not ovulated at the time of first IUI. If you are feeling if your cycle is starting just 7 days after IUI, then it must be a sign of implantation! Do you have any other symptoms which are not your normal PMS symptoms like spotting, frequent urinationetc?
Have patience, take rest, things should be fine.
