Semen Analysis

Dear All,
               i have completede 1 year of my marriage. 1st 4 months we didn't check myself. afterthat i checked semen analysis. 1st report shows below 1million/ml& motility 10%. after 10 days i checked in one famouse hospital, that time report shows below 1million/ml& motility 0%. then they gave some tablets for night and morning time. i took continuesly 3 months. after that i tested 30million/ml. total qty:2ml motility:30%. but unfortunately now i am living apart from my wife. after 6 months i will stay with my wife. but i didn't take any medicine in between time. now can i take medicine or not? i left from my wife october 2011. my wife period also, follows, October-18th to 22nd, November-nill, December-12th to 16, January-20th to 24, February-01st to 6, march-5th to 9.
            And also what can i do for increase sperm, spermcount, motility?. what can i do for conceive? Please reply me....

My husband had same issue. he has quit alchohol; on proper diet; took a juice called POM. this is made of pomogranate; and he takes MFS Coast re productive medicine; then his sperm is doing good;

oh... what is MFS Coast. how many months take to improvement.
