Septum removal and fertility

I had a uterun septum removed and several surgeries for scar tissue in the uterus (total of 6 surgeries)
I am currently undergoing IVF. It isgoing well , lots of eggs and lots of fertilization ; but am I wasting both time and money? Should I be using my egg with my husband's sperm to make an embryo and have a gestational carrier?
Any expereience with this? Or knowledge of ladies who have had septums removed and then followed with successful pregnancy?

I have not personally had experience with this, however my RE believes i also might have a septum.. he said that the chances of successful pregnacy after a septum removal are great! they should be higher than before the surgery.. hopefully someone has personal experience and can tell you about it! GOOD LUCK!!!!

I am so looking for answers for this......as my daughter had a septum....and lost her first baby at 5 months, then she had the septum removed and tried again ....only to have a ruptured sac at 5 months and it was suggested to abort the baby girl.....(which we regret)....and then she again became pregnant in the same year.....with a boy and the sac ruptured again at 18 weeks.....she continued with him.....and had steroids and stayed on bed rest, and was with a high risk clinic......she went into labor at just over 7 months, and he lived only two hours.....(as his lungs did not develop)....so we are wondering if it is even worth trying for a success........the pain is really hard to bare losing 3 beautiful....all perfect babies....that if were in woman that carry easily would have lived.......what we need to know is ....is their success and what are the odds .....because burying many babies is not worth the risk....of burying many more...>>I really prayer that you beat the odds....take care
