Serious cramping in the 2ww period

Dear all, I am on my first ivf cycle and had one 5 day blastacyst transferred on last wednesday March 4th. I have had serious PMS-type cramping until last Sunday and nothing on Sunday and Monday. Just this evening, after going to bed, I was woken up by serious cramping as if my period is going to arrive any second. I am on progestrone cream Crinone and have been on it for over a week. Has anyone experienced this and still gotten positive results? Also, when is the first reasonable time I can do a HPT? My blood test is scheduled for this Friday the 13th. I had lots of cramping about 4 days after my 3 day transfer and it pretty much continued for several weeks.  I thought it was AF but it wasn't and I'm now 15 weeks.  Cramping can be a symptom of implantation.  You're still definitely in this.  I was alway told that  the trigger is in your system for 10 days so you might be able to hpt.

hi im in the same boat at the momont i had my transfer on 12th march and about 4-5 days after i started having period like cramping they can be strong and they come and go im now 12days after transfer and my period is due this week and i am still geting cramps and i feel just like my period is about to start.iv been told not to do a pregtest till the 29th but im going round the bend waiting.im just so worried my period is on its way.has anybody eles been like this and till been pregnant?

hi there :-) i wld love to know if u ended up with a positive preg? i had embryo transfer on monday 11th april and was sick on the 14th followed by bad cramping since. i was even crying yesterday morning and had to take a panadeine to calm it. syd ivf say this is not uncommon but i cant help thinking it may mean game over? did your cramps end up meaning a positive or negative preg? xxx

I had my 2 blastocyst FET on April 11th and im not due to do HPT til 23rd April but iv got cramping just like AF is about to come iv had this for a few days now I also feel sick. I am on crinone gel and taking progynova tablets. This is my second ICSI IVF cycle I'm so stressed about this 2ww and iv convinced myself this isn't going to work, is anyone else getting the same or had this and got a BFP HPT??

I am on round 3 IVF and have had embryo transfer 8 days ago. I have been cramping lots in the last few days but no bleeding.  It is a frozen cycle this time assisted by steroids. Could this mean I could still have some hope?
