Sex during 2WW

Does anyone know if it's ok to have sex during the 2WW.
I'm currently on 9DPO and experiencing cramps, tried having sex once and next day cramps got worse.  I'm wondering if it interfares wtih anything that's possibly could be taking place during these 2 weeks.

You know I use to wonder that all the time.  But I think you would be okay.  There is a  lot of women who don't realize they are pregnant during the 2ww and well their not trying to have a baby but they do have sex all the time and end up delivering healthy babies later on.  So just have faith that it worked this time!!!  Good luck an baby dust to you!!

You're funny....I know that part.
My main concern is that if by any chance I am pregnant, will sex do any harm.

I am kind careful with that - since I remember that after IVF transfer - it was said not to have sexual relationship with your partner for at least 10 days - so I figured the rule appplies to 2ww as well.

there's really no reason to obstain from sex during your TWW unless it's very painful or your Dr. recommends not to.

no. because you have already ovulated. its not like a new set of sperm will be joining in... i have never heard of anyhthing being wrong with having sex during that time . otherwise everyone would know about it. talk to your doctor though and let her know that your cramps are getting worse after sex. i think youre just having cramps because you might be pregnant. not because of sex. good luck
