Should I be concerned?

Hi all, I am new to this site but not new to TTC. I have read some of the posts on here and done some research and I am starting to believe I have some fertility issues. DH and I have been TTC #2 off and on for 2 1/2 years now. We have a DD who is 4 and had no problems TTC her. I did however have an ectopic prior to her that destroyed my left tube--afterwards a HSG said the other tube was fine. I am 29 and fairly healthy. Prior to having DD my cycles were very regular and mostly painfree....Since having DD my cycles very by a few days and the flow varies ech cycle as does this pain---lighter flow comes with more pain. I had an ultrasound done for a different issue on CD # 27 that showed an endometrium of only 3mm--Af showed up 2 days later. I have spoke with my GYN and had labs done (during a different cycle) which he reported were normal--Progesterone on day # 23 of a 25 day cycle was 1.91, my other labs were done on day #5 of that same cycle--LH 4.17 FSH 7.43 and TSH 1.71. I live in a small area and don't really want to travel to a bigger city to see a specialist however I am concerned that I have a fertility issue that my GYN is overlooking. And besides I really can't afford assisted fertility anyways. What does any one else think of these results. I have thought about going on the BCP to try to regulate my cycles a little better..has anyone tried this?
