With my 1st pregnancy mine started out feeling really sore and full then the soreness went away a lot but still felt full.  I probably wouldn't worry.

CONGRATULATIONS on your pregnancy! Mine haven't really been sore since the fourth week although every once in a while when I lay on my stomach they get a bit sore. Don't stress ... your symptoms will constantly come and go throughout the entire pregnancy. I wish you the best.

Mine were sore only some of the time, but I guess it really depends on how far along you are?  They may become less sore after the first trimester
