Smiley CBE after miscarriage

OK, 2 weeks to the day after my miscarriage and I got my SMILEY on my CBE digital and of course the non digital with the darkest + ever. I'm just in panic mode though. I thought for sure I feel like AF is coming so I slacked on the ole BD... WE BD Sun & Mon  that's it...This am, I didn't even put any pressure on him and he folded like a deck of cards...He said "why are you soo mad, are you ovulating???" Of course I pissed  moaned for a few minutes before I ran to the potty to see if in fact I was. Of course I got an error on the darn digital so I had to wait 8 darn minutes. Of course I can read the digital sticks though and used a Walgreens in the meantime. I re-did the digital and got the SMILEY. Ran out to the kitchen and said "NO PRESSURE,GOT THE SMILEY!!!" So I am going to stay home from work for a few hours...Anyways, I have Minimal (pretty dry TMI) CM but I'm scared to use the Pre-seed from different opinions,,HELP should I just BD this am and then tonight if the CM doesn't change then use the pre-seed? Or maybe just BD before bed and sleep w/it in all night!! (did I just say that?) hee, hee. Sorry so long.....

I think: you should grab your man, abuse him till he screams for mercy this morning.....and then (use preseed too!) at night time pounce on him without any warnings!!!!!!!

OK, I think I'm gonna do normal this am and preseed tonight, maybe even a nooner. I don't think you can BD too much contrary to what they say...I mean it only takes one and I think his counts are ok ;)  Also, I tested all the way until last night at 6 and only got a mid faint on the OPK so I must have just got my surge, I hope I still have time!!

Yep, if your dh don't have any sperm issues, you can BD all you want! it actually is good, believe me! the more ....THE MERRIER! =))

I'm just baffled about the whole no ewcm??? My last 2 pregnancies I knew for sure when I conceived because of the cm...I wonder if it's because of the m/c...Aggrivated over here...I hope I will still ovulate, the sticks say I will but I wonder if I will release an egg? Right now I feel like my whole crotch is going to fall out, like AF is coming (sorry tmi) but it's true. I almost feel like I'm going to release eggs from both sides, hee, hee. I'll keep you posted throughout the day!! :)

YAY!!!!!! I would go ahead with the preseed. I got my bfp last time with it. I agree with the bd as much as possible, too. My dr said for us to do it 2x a day for best odds(no s/a issues) and we did get a bfp when we did 2x a day.YAY!!! You are there!!! I'm either 4 or 6dpo depending on the method of detection. I'm going with 6, lol.

I'M SO FRUSTRATED..... I should have never shown him the smiley, uggghh... BD 2x today, these guys spend their whole puberty lives trying to learn how to hold it and now we want it and he can't ***.......... I told him I would be home at 4:00 to get his act together, hee, hee... Because I got the smiley this am do you think tonight will be too late???

You crack me up no I think you have plenty of time if you wait til tonight I don't know about the smily kind of Digital tests but I know with the regular OKP's it says you have 24-36 hours to BD so don't stress.   But do tell me about this CBE digital contraption.

v-You are soo like me! Except for my drive goes down after ovulation and Dh says "what are not ovulating now?" ha ha  glad to hear about the 45 minute travel time, I need to stay off the net. You are right about last month, I was thinking about that. We are all so worried we are going to miss that Darn Egg!

Brown Eyed Gurl- The CBE won't show a smiley unless it's time, otherwise it shows a O. So it takes a bit of guess work out of "is this line as dark as the control line?"

And about the 45 minute time to reach the uterus, I heard the same thing.  But what about that thing where the sperm has to capsulate(sp) or something like that before it can actually fertilize an egg and I heard that takes about 12 hours?   Anybody know what I'm talking about?  I know the word is spelled completely wrong but I can't remember the actual term.

It's fun, but something about timed BD that my husband just can't quite grasp.  We had unexpected company last night for dinner and you'd think my DH was in a beer drinking contest. Needless to say, Sunday and Monday were my only good nights and w/my CM so sucky this month I'm gonna have to say I believe I'm out this month :(

OMG - just sitting here reading and cant stop laughing. I thought my DH was the only one who had trouble 'performing under pressure'...heh heh heh!! After O says he needs a break because he feels 'bruised'. Sorry, but I dont feel sorry for them at all - we're the ones who have to go through labour!!

Yeah, I also heard it takes 45 mins for the sperm to reach the uterus, but I never heard of the 'capsulating'. And also that the sperm have to be there waiting for the egg to be released - not the other way around, because the egg already starts degenerating a few hours after its out, and even though it can still be fertalised, its considered a bad egg (kind or like stale) so more likely to end in miscarriage. They have to be there in the fallopian tube waiting.

Aw man, I didn't mean to imply that you missed your window.  I'm sure anything can happen and you have some sperm that are quicker and some that may take longer so anything's possible.  When I was searching for this, it seemed really inconclusive about the amount of time it takes, as some said 8-10 hours.  

What I found interesting was that Pre-Seed mentioned something on their website about capacitation and their product helping with that.  I ordered Pre-Seed a couple of months ago but never used it but I think I will this month since I see it may help with capacitation.  

Anyway, I REALLY hope you prove this 12 hour thing wrong.  Good luck!!

You're sweet, I was saying that more in a laughing manner. Unless the super spermies from monday are lounging around or maybe a little pre*** from ALLLL the trying yesterday (frustrated)...That's okay. I just had a miscarriage 2 weeks ago and I feel like my whole abdomen area this whole week is super stimulated and sore for some reason.  Next cycle I'm not allowed to tell DH when I'm ovulating, he said the pressure is unbelievable... Where are you in your cycle?

Good!  I was so sad to hear about your mc but I'm glad to see you're getting right back into ttc.  I'm sure you've got a collection of spermies ready to get the job done and it seems most people are most fertile right after a mc.

I'm only on CD2 now so it's pretty boring for me. I'm always trying to think of how I can improve the next cycle and I think I have it all together since I may try pre-seed since it seems to be working so well lately.  I'm also going to do the Aspirin a day thingie that I completely forgot about.  And I know what you mean about the pressure on DH.  BOY, do I know what you mean LOL.
